This was a summary of one of my researches for an essay I have just found for searching something about Freud easy to write and understand. It is a collection of multiple resources so I cannot refer to any source since I hadn't written any below it. I started with Freud because I want everyone to understand how identities and thoughts are formed and he is the beginning of it, at least the well-known and accepted worldwide. Hope you enjoy. Freud generally related his theories to pleasure- unpleasure principle. He identified two topography of psyche, first of which consisted of unconscious, preconscious and conscious. Preconscious contains those elements which are outside our awareness yet can be recalled under certain circumstances. However, the unconscious is identified with the repressed contents in childhood.
